Bronzefern

This average-sized shrub grows up to 3 feet (91.4 cm) tall and lives for around 32 years. It is susceptible to disease and destructive insect infestation.

It has dozens of sturdy, angular stems covered in very thick, waxy, brown and grey bark, and the wood inside is white.

The branches trail down to the ground with thousands of twigs that and are covered with large amounts of small, very thick, leaves with tattered edges. The leaves themselves are a shade of silver or bronze that gradient shifts to pink at the top, light and smooth.

It produces hundreds of small, green flowers with perforated petals. They are very delicate and have a weak scent that smells like varnish. In early autumn it forms tinyyellow, tough-shelled seeds.
