Caramel
Succulent type: Leaf succulent (Stores water in its leaves)This average-sized leaf succulent grows up to 50 feet (15.2 meters) tall. The pleated stem is brown, and is covered in sharp spines. The lumpy leaves are caramel and turquoise. Sparse amounts of them grow on very thick, silver branches that are short and thin. The leaves are flexible, but do not detach easily.
It is steady-growing, taking 4 years to reach maturity. Once mature, a single flower with petals that are lilac on the underside and brown on the top grows at the top, reappearing every year. The flower head is shaped like a trumpet with 42 raised, narrow petals. It has a delicate scent that smells like coffee.
The leaf succulent's skin is nearly impenetrable, the black flesh is rough, and the dark grey sap is thin.
It releases hallucinogenic smoke when burned.
