Graygrass

Grass type: Perennial (Stores water in its stem)

This small, gray grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The finger-like stalks grow in thin clumps that are resilient and they spread and grow quickly.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, azure spikelet.

During the mid-summer, it produces very little pollen, but can cause severe allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with lots of small grains.

It out-competes most other plants for nutrients and light.
It absorbs an exceptionally large amount of water each day.
It is suitable for creating fine, soft textiles
