Creambell
Flower type: Biennial (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)This small flower grows up to 6 inches (15 cm) tall. Its yellow or pale blue stems grow from the base of the plant in bunches of 3 and are thin and straight, and split into numerous branching stems at the top, and the huge, cream and yellow-green leaves are very thick with ripped edges. The leaves alternate on the stem from about halfway up, up to the flower head.
Dozens of tiny flowers grow along the length of the stem. The flowers are 3 cm (1.2 inches) wide, with hazel petals on the lower layer and white petals decorated with bronze dots on the inner layer. The central disk is dark purple. The flower head is shaped like a tube with 6 widely spaced, narrow petals. They are very delicate.
It has a faint scent that smells like misty mornings, and it has an average amount of pollen. It is pollinated by insects , but only one species in particular.
