Golden Moss

This orange-yellow moss is commonly found blanketing large areas On trees, In heathlands, and In bogs.
It is average-sized, growing up to 3 inches (8 cm) tall. It forms in sparse patches, and is overwhelmingly delicate.
When mature, emerald crescent-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early autumn to release thousands of spores; it does not cause any allergic reactions.
