Sunburst Moss

This orange-yellow moss is commonly found growing in giant clumps In rainforests, and In rainy mountain ranges.
It is giant, growing up to 1.3 feet (38 cm) tall. It forms in large clumps and they spread and grow quickly, and is slightly frail; it burns easily in strong sunlight.
When mature, emerald oblong capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early winter to release millions of spores; it does not cause any allergic reactions.
