Copper Moss

This copper moss is commonly found blanketing medium-sized areas In heathlands, In rainy mountain ranges, and On rotten logs.
It is big, growing up to 9 inches (23 cm) tall. It forms in sparse patches and they are slow to spread and grow, and is overwhelmingly flimsy.
When mature, emerald triangular capsules grow at the end of long, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the late summer to release hundred of spores; it does not cause many allergic reactions.
