Crimson Moss

This bold red or hazel moss is commonly found growing in small clumps In bogs, In marshes, and In rainforests.
It is modest-sized, growing up to 4 inches (10 cm) tall. It forms in thin clumps, and is very light; it struggles more than most during dry spells.
When mature, emerald crescent-shaped capsules grow at the end of long, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early autumn to release hundred of spores.

It is suitable for creating flexible, durable textiles
It is often home to a particular bird species.
It is almost impossible to grow indoors.
