Emerald

This yellow-green moss is commonly found blanketing medium-sized areas In damp forests, and In rainy mountain ranges.
It is short, growing up to 3 inches (8 cm) tall. It forms in small clumps, and is very frail.
When mature, emerald heart-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the late autumn to release hundred of spores.
