Caramel?

This big fruit tree grows up to 37 feet (11.3 meters) tall and lives for up to 25 years, with the oldest known specimen being around 50 years old. It is very resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.

It has a wide, slanted trunk covered in ridged, white with black speckled bark, and inside, the very light wood is pale brown-grey.

The sparse amount of branches are tall, rigid and upright and are covered with large amounts of giant, long, tapering leaves with irregular edges. The leaves themselves are caramel and white.

In early spring, it produces copious amounts of medium-sized, drab orange blossoms with teardrop-shaped shaped petals. They fall easily and have the faintest scent that smells like fermented fruit.

In late autumn it produces , long, narrow fruit. The smooth vibrant green skin is delicate and sweet, and the crunchy silver flesh is sweet and very juicy. The yellow seeds are large and are dotted around on the skin of the fruit.

The roots are shallow and grow straight down, and overall the tree is sturdy and difficult to uproot.

Forests of this species feature well-spaced trees, with clear space between them.
