Emerald

This emerald moss is commonly found blanketing large areas On trees.
It is giant, growing up to 1.0 foot (30 cm) tall. It forms in thick clumps, and is very frail.
When mature, emerald crescent-shaped capsules grow at the end of long, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the mid-autumn to release millions of spores.
