Climbing Willowvine

This big shrub grows up to 6 feet (1.8 meters) tall and lives for decades, with the oldest known specimen being around 114 years old. It is very susceptible to disease and insect infestation.

It has numerous sturdy, straight stems covered in hard, rough, brown bark, and the wood inside is gray.

The branches are tall, rigid and upright with dozens of twigs that and are covered with small amounts of miniature, long, tapering, leaves with serrated edges. The leaves themselves are slate on the edges and caramel at the center, resilient and sticky.

It produces a thick sheet of large, aquamarine flowers with sickle shaped petals with a bell-shaped floral cup. They are hardy and have an overpowering scent that smells like fruity. In early autumn it forms smallyellow, winged seeds that float and land far away.
