Crimson Leaf Succulent

Succulent type: Leaf succulent (Stores water in its leaves)

This modest-sized leaf succulent grows up to 35 feet (10.7 meters) tall. The wispy stem is sky blue, and is covered in large amounts of flexible crimson spines. The ripped-edged, thin leaves are solid brown with sky blue dots. Large amounts of them grow from the base in random directions. The leaves are light and frail, and easily come away when pulled.

It is very fast growing, taking 2 months to reach maturity. Once mature, a single flower with beige petals that gradient shift to crimson on the outer edge. The central disk is grey grows at the top, reappearing every year. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of up to 40 petals. It has a faint scent that smells like rotten eggs.

The leaf succulent's skin is thick, the green flesh is slimy, and the azure sap is thin.


The sap is brown.
It is suitable for making baskets and the like
