Aquamarine Brushwood

This small shrub grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall and lives for around 10 years. It is somewhat resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.

It has numerous flexible, crooked stems covered in smooth, brown-green bark, and the wood inside is silver.

The branches are very long, thin and wispy with thousands of twigs that and are covered with thick bunches of giant, stiff, pointed, leaves with smooth edges. The leaves themselves are dark blue and silver, resistant and leathery.

In mid-summer it produces a handful of medium-sized, aquamarine flowers with circular petals with a tube-like floral cup. They are sturdy and have a scent that varies in strength that smells like sugar.
