Magenta

This big tree grows up to 89 meters (292.0 feet) tall and lives for centuries, with the oldest known specimen being around 385 years old. It is somewhat resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.

It has a flexible, crooked trunk covered in hard, knobbly, black with white speckled bark, and inside, the very light wood is light brown.

The branches are very short, thin and wispy and are covered with large amounts of covered in fine hairs, giant, wide leaves with rounded edges. The leaves themselves are solid magenta with gold patches.

In late summer it forms large, yellow berries.

The roots are shallow and grow straight down, and overall the tree is sturdy, flexible, and difficult to uproot or break.

Forests of this species feature trees spaced far apart, with grassy ground between them.
