Aquamarine

This big caudiciform grows up to 93 feet (28.3 meters) tall. The very thin stem is aquamarine, and is covered in sharp spines. It has a wavy, bulbous, orange trunk atop a stumpy mess of waxy, exposed roots. The branches are round and orange and trail down towards the ground.

The smooth-edged, long, narrow leaves are aquamarine and grey. They are sturdy, and detach easily.

It is steady-growing, taking 17 months to reach maturity. Once mature, a handful of flowers, with each petal a slightly different shade of azure, grow at the top, reappearing every year. The flower head is made up of dozens of petals in raised layers. It has an intense scent that smells like coconut.

The caudiciform's skin is extremely thick, the indigo flesh is leathery, and the cream sap is thin.
