Purple Creeper

This small creeper is a very fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 9 feet (2.7 meters) and growing as high as 60 feet (18.3 meters).

It takes 9 months for the gray-green stems to mature, by which point they have tangled themselves into thick mats with a diameter of 3 cm (1.2 inches) and are hard and brittle.

The 6 pointed, smooth leaves reach up to 3 inches (8 cm) in length. They are solid white or muted purple, with purple splotches, and have serrated edges.
