Crimson Succulent

Succulent type: Leaf succulent (Stores water in its leaves)

This small leaf succulent grows up to 10 feet (3.0 meters) tall. The thick stem is brown, and is covered in brittle green spines. The wavy-edged, finger-like leaves are either sky blue or crimson, with cream splotches. Small bunches of them grow from the base in a loosely patterned way. The leaves are durable, but do not detach easily.

It is steady-growing, taking 6 months to reach maturity. Once mature, a single flower with each petal a slightly different shade of cream grows at the top, reappearing once every 2 years. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of 54 curved petals. It has the faintest scent that smells like warm milk.

The leaf succulent's skin is thin, the faded yellow flesh is soft, and the bronze sap is thin.

It is suitable for making strong rope
