Aquamaroon Cactus

Succulent type: Stem succulent (Stores water in its stem)

This colossal cactus grows up to 136 feet (41.5 meters) tall. The thick stem is burgundy, and is covered in dozens of flexible white spines.

It is steady-growing, taking 3 years to reach maturity. Once mature, several flowers with solid light grey petals and an aquamarine central disk grow at the top, reappearing once every 6 years. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of 49 curved petals. It has a strong scent that smells like damp.

The cactus's skin is rock-hard, the amber flesh is slimy, and the black sap is thin and causes upset stomachs if consumed.

It is suitable for creating strong, durable textiles
