Brownleaf

Shrub type: Coniferous (Stores water in its stem)

This short shrub grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall and lives for around 24 years. It is not very resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.

It has numerous stocky, straight stems covered in waxy, brown bark, and the wood inside is pale brown.

The branches are short and thin that and are covered with small amounts of huge, very thin, leaves with smooth edges. The leaves themselves are orange on the edges and dark brown at the center, light and clammy.

In mid-summer it produces many tiny, slate flowers with circular petals. They are hardy and have a scent whose strength depends on external factors, such as soil quality and rain frequency that smells like vanilla.

It is suitable for creating strong, durable textiles
