Red Puffgrass

Grass type: Biennial (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)

This small, gray-green grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The very narrow and elongated stalks grow in extensive patches that are robust and they are slow to spread and grow.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, red puff.

During the mid-autumn, it produces a modest amount of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with lots of giant grains.

It is suitable for creating flexible, durable textiles
It is said to be the favourite flower of a legendary person.
