Climbing plant type: Bine (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)This short bine is a very fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 19 feet (5.8 meters) and growing as high as 111 feet (33.8 meters). It prefers to grow on man-made objects.
It takes 5 months for the brown or cyan stems to mature, by which point they often have a diameter of 1 cm (0.4 inches) and are tough and woody.
The very narrow and elongated, smooth leaves reach up to 6 inches (15 cm) in length. They are turquoise and gold, and have jagged edges.
It can survive a very long time without water.
It is suitable for creating strong, durable textiles
