Copper
Flower type: Annual (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)This small flower grows up to 2 inches (5 cm) tall. Its copper stems grow in bunches of 7 and are thick with a curved tip, and the giant, emerald leaves are grey on the underside and are stiff, pointed with smooth edges. The leaves grow in pairs along the length of the stem.
A single tiny flower sits at the end of each stem. The flowers are 17 cm (6.7 inches) wide, with alternating petals of slate and peach, with a magenta central disk. The flower head is largely flat with 41 raised round-tipped petals. They fall easily.
It has a weak scent that smells like paint, and it has a fair amount of pollen. It is a self-pollinator, but is also particularly attractive to bees.
It is suitable for creating fine, soft textiles
