Blueberry Succulent

This big leaf succulent grows up to 91 feet (27.7 meters) tall. The narrow stem is brown or blue, and is covered in thousands of rigid olive spines. The stocky leaves are found in pink and sky blue varieties. Sparse amounts of them grow on thick, gnarled, gray-green branches that trail down towards the ground. The leaves are tough, and take some effort to detach.

It is quick growing, taking 5 months to reach maturity. Once mature, a handful of flowers, with petals that are lilac in the center, light green in the middle and yellow at the edges, grow at the top, reappearing once every 5 years. The flower head is made up of handfuls of petals; the lower layer of petals are flat, while the upper layers form a tight bowl. It has a strong scent that smells like onion.

The leaf succulent's skin is extremely thick, the cyan flesh is smooth, and the slate sap is thin.
