Emerald

This emerald moss is commonly found blanketing small areas In bogs.
It is small, growing up to 2 inches (5 cm) tall. It forms in small clumps and they are slow to spread and grow, and is very sturdy.
When mature, emerald spiral capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early summer to release millions of spores.
