Cyan Succulent

Succulent type: Leaf succulent (Stores water in its leaves)

This colossal leaf succulent grows up to 166 feet (50.6 meters) tall. The slender, pointed stem is red, and is dotted with small yellow spines. The thick leaves are solid lime or cyan, with silver zig-zags. Large amounts of them grow on thick, green branches that trail down across the ground. The leaves are sturdy, but easily come away when pulled.

It is very slow growing, taking 2 years to reach maturity. Once mature, a single flower with petals that are either turquoise or blood red, with a yellow center grows at the top, reappearing every year. The flower head is made up of several petals in raised layers. It has a delicate scent that smells like an ocean breeze.

The leaf succulent's skin is thick, the vibrant orange flesh is sticky, and the peach sap is thin and causes upset stomachs if consumed.

It is suitable for creating tough, hard-wearing textiles
The leaves are bitter, but very healthy.
