Bluebell Bush

This short shrub grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall and lives for decades, with the oldest known specimen being around 155 years old. It is very susceptible to disease and insect infestation.

It has many thick, curved stems covered in thick, waxy, brown-green speckled bark, and the wood inside is pale yellow.

The branches trail down across the ground that and are covered with sparse amounts of small, flame-shaped, leaves with tattered edges. The leaves themselves are either aquamarine or blue, with peach edges, robust and rough.

In early spring it produces balls of giant, dull orange flowers with circular petals with a trumpet-shaped floral cup. They are sturdy and have a delicate scent that smells like musk.
