Yellowgrass

This small, yellow-green grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The stiff, pointed stalks grow in thick clumps that are flimsy and they are exceptionally hardy.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, beige tuft.

During the early autumn, it produces lots of pollen,but it does not cause many allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a handful of large grains.
