Greyleaf

This massive tree grows up to 118 meters (387.2 feet) tall and lives for centuries, with the oldest known specimen being around 675 years old. It is very resistant to destructive insect infestation but susceptible to disease.

It has a flexible, straight trunk covered in thick, wrinkled, gray bark, and inside, the very dense wood is white.

The extensive patches of branches trail down to the ground and are covered with handfuls of smooth, small, spear shaped leaves with smooth edges. The leaves themselves are either dark grey, or olive with deep blue dots.

In late summer it forms giant, yellow berries.

The roots grow as a near perfect mirror of the tree above, and overall the tree is sturdy and difficult to uproot.

Forests of this species feature the trees packed together densely, with grassy ground between them.
