Crimson Titan Cactus

This colossal cactus grows up to 160 feet (48.8 meters) tall. The needle-like stem is pink-red, and is covered in brittle olive spines. The wedge-shaped body is dark grey, and is covered in lots of rigid brilliant red spines.

It is slow growing, taking 11 years to reach maturity. Once mature, several flowers with petals that are brilliant red in the center, bronze in the middle and black at the edges grow at the top, reappearing every year. The flower head is shaped like a bowl with 27 tightly layered, round-tipped petals. It has a weak scent that smells like grass cuttings.

The cactus's skin is very thick, the azure flesh is waxy, and the beige sap is thin.
