Copper Moss

This copper moss is commonly found growing in giant clumps In moorlands.
It is colossal, growing up to 1.4 feet (43 cm) tall. It forms in sparse patches and they overwhelm an area rapidly, and is slightly robust; it is very difficult to kill.
When mature, emerald flame-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the late summer to release millions of spores.
