Yellow Moss

This yellow moss is commonly found growing in tiny clumps In rainforests, and In moorlands.
It is average-sized, growing up to 6 inches (15 cm) tall. It forms in extensive patches and they overwhelm an area rapidly, and is slightly resilient.
When mature, emerald cylindrical capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the mid-autumn to release hundred of spores; it can cause severe allergic reactions.
