Bronze

This small leaf succulent grows up to 5 feet (1.5 meters) tall. The asymmetrical stem is lime green, and is covered in thick sheets of rigid bronze spines. The jagged-edged, cylindrical leaves are lime and washed-out orange. Small bunches of them grow from the base like blades of grass. The leaves are resistant, but do not detach easily.

It is very fast growing, taking 8 months to reach maturity. Once mature, a single flower with petals that are generally brilliant green; each flower tends to be a variation of this colour grows at the top, reappearing every year. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of 11 curved petals. It has an overpowering scent that smells like varnish.

The leaf succulent's skin is rock-hard, the peach flesh is smooth, and the lilac sap is thin.
