Silverbell

This small tree grows up to 4 meters (13.1 feet) tall and lives for decades, with the oldest known specimen being around 65 years old. It is very susceptible to disease and insect infestation.

It has a stocky, wavy trunk covered in very thick, wrinkled, silver bark, and inside, the dense wood is black.

The abundance of branches are short and thin and are covered with large amounts of clammy, huge, fan-like leaves with wavy edges. The leaves themselves are found in peach and brown varieties.

In late summer it forms small, white, spiky-shelled seeds.

The roots form a tightly packed ball, and overall the tree is sturdy and rigid.

Forests of this species feature well-spaced trees, with the space between filled with undergrowth.
