Desert Sentinel

This big cactus grows up to 87 feet (26.5 meters) tall. It splits near the top to form 3 thick stems. Each stem is brown, and is covered in brittle white spines.

It is steady-growing, taking 2 years to reach maturity. Once mature, a handful of flowers, with solid amber petals and a light brown central disk, grow at the top, reappearing once every 4 years. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of up to 30 petals. It has a mildly strong scent that smells like fresh linen.

The cactus's skin is rock-hard, the brown flesh is leathery, and the light brown sap is thin.
