Bluegrass

Grass type: Biennial (Stores water in the thickened base of its stem)

This modest-sized, hazel and yellow-green grass grows up to 3 feet (91.4 cm) tall. The triangular stalks grow in thick clumps that are resistant and they spread and grow quickly.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, intense blue tuft.

During the mid-autumn, it produces very little pollen, and after flowering, it is left with copious amounts of small grains.

The grains are bitter, but very healthy and overwhelmingly spicy.
