Crimson Tail Grass

This big, olive and gray grass grows up to 4 feet (1.2 meters) tall. The wispy stalks grow in sparse patches that are sturdy and flexible.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, crimson tail.

During the mid-autumn, it produces copious amounts of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with lots of medium-sized grains.
