Emerald

This gray-green moss is commonly found blanketing small areas In bogs.
It is massive, growing up to 1.7 feet (51 cm) tall. It forms in extensive patches, and is overwhelmingly tough; it can easily endure flooding and draughts.
When mature, emerald flame-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early winter to release dozens of spores; it does not cause any allergic reactions.
