Graystem Succulent
Succulent type: Stem succulent (Stores water in its stem)This average-sized cactus grows up to 62 feet (18.9 meters) tall. It splits near the top to form 3 thick stems. Each stem is gray and grey, and is covered in thousands of rigid yellow spines. The spherical body is emerald, and is covered in brittle olive spines.
It is very slow growing, taking 28 years to reach maturity. Once mature, a handful of flowers, with red petals that gradient shift to light yellow on the outer edge. The central disk is orange, grow at the top, reappearing once every 7 years. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of up to 40 curved petals. It has a powerful scent that smells like rotting meat.
The cactus's skin is thick, the orange flesh is smooth, and the cream sap is thin.
It releases hallucinogenic smoke when burned.
It is suitable for creating tough, hard-wearing textiles
