Emerald

This lime green moss is commonly found blanketing giant areas In bogs, and In heathlands.
It is small, growing up to 2 inches (5 cm) tall. It forms in sparse patches, and is overwhelmingly hardy; it can easily endure being trodden on.
When mature, emerald heart-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the late summer to release millions of spores; it can cause allergic reactions.
