Lilac Grass
Grass type: Annual (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)This short, black or washed-out orange grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The broad, flat stalks grow in sparse patches that are resistant and they spread and grow quickly.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a large, lilac spikelet.
During the late summer, it produces excessive amounts of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with a modest amount of small grains.
It is suitable for creating tough, hard-wearing textiles
Once on fire, it burns very quickly.
