Crimson Vine
Climbing plant type: Vine (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)This big vine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 130 feet (39.6 meters) and growing as high as 46 feet (14.0 meters). It prefers to grow on specific trees.
It takes 4 years for the green stems to mature, by which point they sometimes have a diameter of 1.3 feet (41 cm) and are tough and woody.
The stiff, pointed, sticky leaves reach up to 2.9 feet (89 cm) in length. They are solid blood red or crimson, with brown zig-zags, and have tattered edges.
It is difficult to kill and will quickly regrow if cut.
It is suitable for creating fine, soft textiles
