Bloodvine
Climbing plant type: Vine (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)This short vine is a quick growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 8 feet (2.4 meters) and growing as high as 104 feet (31.7 meters).
It takes 4 months for the white stems to mature, by which point they can reach a diameter of 3 cm (1.2 inches) and are rough and fibrous.
The needle-like, soft leaves reach up to 2 inches (5 cm) in length. They are solid pale yellow or blood red, with turquoise patches, and have irregular edges.
During late spring, the vine produces lots of small peach flowers.
