Emerald Flame Moss

This yellow-green moss is commonly found blanketing medium-sized areas In marshes.
It is modest-sized, growing up to 6 inches (15 cm) tall. It forms in small clumps, and is slightly light.
When mature, emerald flame-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the late autumn to release millions of spores.
