Caramelgrass

This massive, light brown or caramel grass grows up to 17 feet (5.2 meters) tall. The fan-like stalks grow in extensive patches that are flexible and they are exceptionally hardy.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, red tuft.

During the mid-autumn, it produces very little pollen; it does not cause any allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with copious amounts of large grains.
