Emerald

This lime green moss is commonly found blanketing small areas In damp forests, and In moorlands.
It is modest-sized, growing up to 5 inches (13 cm) tall. It forms in thin clumps and they are slow to spread and grow, and is extremely tough.
When mature, emerald kidney-shaped capsules grow at the end of long, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the late autumn to release dozens of spores; it can cause severe allergic reactions.
