Sunset Grass

Grass type: Perennial (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)

This small, orange-yellow grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The pleated stalks grow in large clumps that are resilient.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a large, grey flower.

During the early summer, it produces very little pollen, and after flowering, it is left with lots of medium-sized grains.

It is suitable for creating fine, soft textiles
The sap causes severe rashes
It aggressively steals nutrients from other large plants (but not each other).
