Emerald

This gray-green moss is commonly found growing in giant clumps In marshes, In rainy mountain ranges, and On trees.
It is big, growing up to 6 inches (15 cm) tall. It forms in extensive patches, and is very tough; it can easily endure being trodden on.
When mature, emerald kidney-shaped capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early summer to release thousands of spores; it can cause severe allergic reactions.
