Crimson Moss

This bronze and crimson moss is commonly found blanketing small areas In damp forests.
It is enormous, growing up to 1.7 feet (51 cm) tall. It forms in thin clumps and can spread and grow quickly, and is overwhelmingly sturdy; it is very difficult to kill.
When mature, emerald oval-shaped capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the mid-autumn to release thousands of spores; it can cause severe allergic reactions.
