Emerald

This drab green moss is commonly found growing in small clumps In bogs.
It is small, growing up to 1 inch (3 cm) tall. It forms in thin clumps, and is slightly tough; it can easily endure flooding and draughts.
When mature, emerald oblong capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early summer to release hundred of spores.
